YSL Muse Ironically Inspires Sunglasses

s you well know, I am pretty singularly focused in my fashion. My knowledge of "IT bags" is pretty limited to what I see on other blogs, but even I am aware (and in awe) of Yves Saint Laurent's Muse bag.


After all, its graced the arms of Lindsay Lohan, Kate Moss (see below), Sienna Miller, Jennifer Lopez, Jennifer Aniston, Madonna, Jessica Alba, Naomi Watts, Paris Hilton, Demi Moore, et al. It may, in fact, be easier to catalog which celebrities don't have them.

But Yves caught my eye when I noticed that he is now issuing sunglasses inspired by the Muse phenomenon, which echo the bags' gold hinges.



The sunglasses are not yet available online, but I will keep my eyes peeled.

She Works Hard for the Money

hough Paris Hilton has spent the vast majority of her adult life posing for cameramen, entrepid paparazzi can still occasionally snap her looking supremely goofy. Last week, she was photographed hard at work on the set of her new film, The Hottie and the Nottie. Hopefully, this one will make it to the theaters.

But my favorite thing about Ms. Hilton is not her candid tongue photos or even her wonky left eye. It's how she seems to own everything in multiple colors. [See: Paris Redux] Above, she is wearing Christian Dior Black Tie 39/S sunglasses in white. HERE, she wears them in black. How versatile!

Paris' Holiday Preparations

ack in September, Paris Hilton was photographed using sunglasses to shield her face from the sweaty advances of Brandon Davis. Judging from the complexion she was sporting when photographed on the beach earlier this week, she is still keeping company with the oily heir. [See: J'Adore Paris]
